Ac compressor

Replacing my ac compressor on the 93 suburban and I noticed it's a sensor on the back of the compressor. Does it pop out or is it a lock ring in sensor?

Its been awhile since i messed with one but seems like there was a snap ring holding it in. I believe thats the high pressure sensor.

Replaced ac and high temperature switch and ac is blowing cold and great
