Yup that's it, I saw a first generation Avalanche awhile back like that it looked pretty good on that

There's a nbs tahoe here in town that has this and I got a pic on my old phone which is now broken :(
I'll keep an eye out for it again and snap another pic. Has shaved doors and custom paint but it's on stock 16s lol.

Looks like a damn fire hazard under the fuel door. Opposite side I would say is nice especially if lowered.

I was thinking about having dual exhaust going out ether side on my truck until I read your post. I hadn't thought about that.
Dual rear exit, it is.
