It's really about what the dealer is willing to arrange for you and what kind of arrangement they have with a local Hertz or Enterprise. When my vehicle was down due to airbag safety issues, my dealer got me a new Surburban from Enterprise without me even asking and Enterprise accepted whatever the Dealer or GM would pay. Was no cost to me for the week we had it....

Anyone else received a component coverage letter following these replacements? If so - I would really appreciate any details you could share on 1. when/the approx date, and 2. Was it transferable (stays with the VIN if sold) or non-transferable (limited to current owner).
