Does the ppv inside wiring J26 provides power for radio ?

Sorry, I don't know. Mine had a nice 12ga solid-red wire terminating where the center radio console would have been. I tested it in all ignition positions and for RAP, and it was constant 12v, so I assumed it had previously been used for radio power, and I used it.

Have you looked at the schematics in the upfitter manual? In my 2011 they were spot on. I was looking for a heavy gauge red wire. There was nothing else like it under the dash.
