Winter rims on 2019 RST tahoe

Thinking of picking up one of the last remaining 2019 RST Tahoe's. It is a premier and comes with 22's and all season tires. I have an old set of 17" PPV rims and was wondering if they could be used on the new Tahoe with new winter tires.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

my original spare was a 17".

how old of a set? like 07-14, or older generation?
so long as you didnt upgrade/install Big brake kit, seems '07-'14 should work

They are from an 08 PPV Tahoe and I used them on my 08 Hybrid Yukon.

The new Tahoe does not have the big brake kit, wish it did...lol

Any advice on tire size?

Tire Rack says either 265-70-17 or 245-75-17

had to go look in attic, lol
old spare was: 265/70-17

id match it to same overall size as your current tires

17' will fit but not if you put the big GM brakes on it
