If the grays were the same shade it would look good.

You're right but that's the point we're trying to make. If they are the slightest bit off then it's going to look terrible.

Have you ever seen a white vehicle with a different shade of white wheels? Looks equally horrible. Black is about the only color you can match and it not match (gloss, matte, flat).

Agreed which is why I'm not big on color matched wheels unless it's black. It's extremely hard to get them to match exactly and look good

Comp. gray would look good with maroon if someone would lose their billet :secret:

I think with all the other chrome things you have chrome would look better but I also think a different wheel in chrome would look better also.

How well does the chrome hold up on these wheels? That would be my decision maker. They also offer them as polished with a clear coat; with the clear coat, they have the look of the finish on the factory tahoe 20s.

chrome on these are the same as the stock wheels. Tony sells a great product. These are meant to last. No different that a set of CK375s from the dealer.

Please don't get these in chrome...

So sayeth the guy w/ 24 in esky replicas? in... can't see around the chicks... wait... chrome? You have confused me, sir.

That polished wheel could be a winner though. I'll have to look into that. Didn't realize it was an option.

Not seeing the polished as an option, either. Could ask Tony though.

I am not saying chrome is bad in general just looks weird on these wheels :imo:

BTW I had no interest in chrome just ended up buying them in chrome because I am not a fan of black wheels either. If I buy another set of wheels they will more then likely not be chrome.

Just messing w/ you man. Sounds like you're in the same dilemma as me: Not really a huge fan of chrome wheels, but what else can you use. If I had a black car, I'd black it out. I understand though, that look isn't for everyone. It'll be interesting if I end up going full circle and grabbing chrome esky replicas. "Everyone has them" but there is likely a reason for that.

I was looking at these SSs the other day and while I really like them, I don't like that they have the exposed lugs - cleaning is an absolute nightmare on a chrome wheel w/ exposed lugs. I've always hated dealing w/ it. The esky's cap covers makes that a non issue (and lets me use my stock lugs).

Decisions, decisions...
