The only problems with Honda’s, especially Accords and Odyssey’s is that the transmissions implode at 100K miles. I would never own another one...ever
Except the 3 honda accords weve owned, with 2 going above 200k miles easily (my daily accord v6 auto coupe is in the 230k range, it replaced a v6 sedan of the same gen. Meanwhile, my tahoe (and my buddies yukon xl) both lost transmissions before 175k miles. I think you got your facts mixed up

212000 miles on a 4L60e 2002 Tahoe and still going.

My dad's 1997 Tahoe lost reverse. Apparently it was a broken sun shell. If you do not come to a complete stop and go directly into reverse, that can cause it to snap. Sounds weak, and it probably is, but if you always come to a complete stop before shifting into reverse, this may keep your transmission going and going and going.

We bought a new Infiniti...... But she still drove her old '99 infiniti to work, for about a year & a half because it was still perfect. We eventually sold it. It had almost 200,000 on it.

Both have the V-6 and the new one has rear wheel drive.

The older Infinitis were great cars. Not too much tech and ran great. The newer ones have way too much tech in them for my tastes.

I agree.... That's what we like about the 2016 QX50. An injected a 3.7 liter V-6 engine and the 6-speed transmission / rear drive. The last of the classic set-ups. 325 HP. & 370 Z suspension.

( And a SWEET Bose system !! )

Nope, don’t think I do. I’ve had a Surban and 2 Denali’s and never had an ounce of trouble with with one. I’ve also have had 6 Toyota’s that never gave me a problem
