Warn m8000

I just got a warn m8000 for my bday! Including a front end hitch mount and a removable multi mount kit. I didn't get a bad ass bumper to go with it and my thought process is to leave it off for daily driving and mount it when I hit the trail. But this is my first winch. How will a winch affect my battery? Should I add a second battery? I already have an alarm system and some kc lights in the grill. Let me know!

I have owned many a winch on different trucks. I prefer to run a second battery and a upgraded alternator too. Don't forget to upgrade all your power and grounds as well. Hope this helps and post some pics
