Vibration from stop

Whenever i take off from a stop there is a vibration that kinda feels like bumps but aren't. Usually more pronounced when i go from reverse then to drive then go. It happens also when you accelerate from at a dead stop. Any ideas?

Check the u-joints on either end of the driveshaft. While testing, see if there is a lot of movement with the differential yoke and of course while down there, check for leaks.
