updated my front end, figured id share.

PTM Gmc emblem
PTM Stampede Low Profile Bug guard
Clear chrome blinkers
5000k HID headlights
LED DRL's
LED marker lights

Next I'm doing an upper and lower billet grill becase i can get both for $70 versus $200 for a denali down under.

What do you guys think of the bug guard? i like ow its barely nticable and keeps the windsheild clean

wanna hear the story behind it? i ordered it from auto anything on sale for $45. took like 2 weeks to get here but im not complaining. It had a stampede logo and that had to go. i taped off the front of it and used some oem match bermuda blue metallic paint from automotive touchup.com and paintd the back side. i only paint the back side that way it would look cleared because of the clear gloss on the front of the bug guard. so for $70 i got a low profile bug guard. from more then 10 feet away it is completely invisible. i was not about to get a big one. the fit and finish is great aswell

Looks great! Best color also! :)

You need to either add front window guards or remove the rears imo.

How does that touch up paint actually match to the factory paint? Is there a big difference in color?

i cant find any in channel paintable or clear guards so im still looking for them! help!

and the paint matches perfectly. With the burmuda blue metallic, when u look at it from different angles it looks different colors so sometimes the angle that the bug guard is at cause it to look more blue or purple or green but it matches perfectly.I painted to match the emblem too.

Looks good!!

So how much is a can of that Bermuda Blue and where did you get it, online or local?

Also how do you get the front "GMC" emblems off to paint? I'd love to do this on the Denali!!

27.95 from automotivetouchup.com

take off the big black plastic piece by the hood latch. The center part of each pin pops out so u can pull the pin out.

then reach behind the grille and push in the tabs on the back of the emblem and it literally pops right off. Just don't break it cuz the emblem is exensive. PM me if you need more help

i got some cheapo clear from home depot and its not very shiny. id reccomend getting the clear from automotive touch up because its supposed to be factory grade clear.

I saw their tutorials on youtube and am going to take a stab at repainting my bumpers with rattle can factory paint and their clear coat.

My paint flip flops around. It was just an overcast day when I took that group of pics.

Weathertech does make in channel ones that are clear (AT LEAST I DO BELIEVE SO).

And yes, ADD front or DELETE rear.
