Can you get tow hooks added to 2021 Tahoe premier

Tow hooks are for getting pulled out.
You only need to get pulled out if you drive a Dodge or Honda.

There’s a write-up by a user putting a lower profile steel brush bumper with tow hooks on his Tahoe and I believe he had to re-route the location of his radar unit for adaptive cruise control.
