5 days at the dealership and they NEVER looked at it- they were too busy!

I called GM again and all they would do for me was give me a $100 voucher for future service work.

I'm speechless

I did picked it up today. Service advisor was completely unapologetic

It prob wouldn’t do any good but I would still write a letter to gm... tell them what your ‘dealer’ did and what type of service is that..and you’ll never go there again.

I did that
I had the case escalated. All I got from GM was a $100 voucher and some apologies.

What symptoms are you experiencing?


2 issues and I do not know if they are related.

1 I have an RPM surge from stop- goes to about 3000rpm and back to 1500rpm for it "finds gear"
2. I have the wind buffering when in V4 mode- sometimes I feel it to the point I feel sick, and other times nothing at all.

We have replaced 3 so far at the dealership I work at. No big deal to do.


I tried another dealer. I was told they are so backed up that I should call in 3 weeks to schedule. No indication on how many days it would be there before it was looked at.
