Gained 100hp, and knocked 3 seconds off the quarter. That’s before the nitrous.

A while ago, I decided the chin spoiler on thethirdtwin needed a trim. I finally decided what lines I wanted to use, so it’s done!

That lowest spot? It’s the bumper of thecopcar beyond,with no spoiler at all.

Santa brought some amber strobes for Thethirdtwin. I’ll run a cable for them above the headliner when I install the roof rack.

Thecopcar got new door speakers for Chanukah. Today they went in.

While pulling the driver door card off, a metal clip fell out. I had no idea where it came from until I looked at the passenger door switch module in the seat.

sure enough. Grrr, more cracked plastic. This time the switch module.

I discovered the new wheels on Thethirdtwin present a challenge for airing down and back up again.

the valve stem position makes it a PITA for the Viair compressor hose. Getting my air down tool in there, fuggetaboutit.

I have the same air pump. I also hate that screw on tip. I used to have a pump with one of those locking chucks instead of the screw on tip. Much better setup.

I’m thinking I’ll need to find a right angle chuck for it.

More love for thecopcar today. I finally decided to mechanically replace the steering position sensor. A new one has been plugged in and hanging under the dash for two years. After a couple of miles at highway speed the bcm says hold on now, and flashes the service stabilitrack message.

The culprit.

Nope, not gonna spin. Wouldn’t be prudent.

The Secure Idle was kinda in the way. So were a couple of ground lugs for it.

Now both of the twins have fire extinguishers. I chose an Element for Thethirdtwin due to space. It doesn’t have a cargo barrier to use, like thecopcar.

Installed the front amber strobes and ran the wiring. Still determining the controller location.

The bar in the windshield is also amber. I hid the cable for it today.
