I have a 2003 Tahoe with a 5.3
After driving approximately an hour, the vehicle dies
If I let it set for 15 minutes, it will run for about another half hour and continue doing so
Battery level is good. My little scanner shows a RPM while cranking when it won’t start.
There is good fuel pressure
What should I be looking for?

A possible vacuum leak. Also, how dirty is the throttle body? (Will your scanner show you the IAC position when the engine is warm?)

Before bothering with more diagnosis, clean the everlovin schidt out of your throttle body.
Physical cable throttle or electrical signal throttle?
