Never seen that on a gm SUV. I've only seen a couple styles of the type that sits at the top of the hatch. Either way it looks kinda goofy!

Come on guys. Clearly the Tahoe is a former Secret Service transport for presidential detail. The bar is for the agents to hold onto while standing on the rear bumper.
