Speedometer Adjustment

Does anyone know of a good way/place to adjust your speedo for cheap, or do it myself? My speedo is about 8 mph slow due to bigger tires. I have seen programmers for it, but really don't want to pay $200-400 to adjust it once.

ask the dealer to plug into the pcm with the tech2.

Thanks, thought about that. But figured they would charge an arm and a leg.
