Pretty annoyed. This has been happening since I bought my truck. It's a 2001 chevy tahoe. I did seem to make some progress by cleaning the track system / wheel dilie attached to the actuator.
However, here's issue. When I select the vent to blow on your face, dash vents, the actuator spazzes out. It doesn't do it all the time but most of the time. You'll select the dash vents and it goes "rrr ra rrr ra rrr ra" continuously. It's super annoying.
Any idea of issue? I have fiddled with it but not sure exactly if something has a door blocked in the air handler, the track is broken, or the gear set is goofed up...?
