When my truck was stolen they took both side mirrors. I bought new ones not really paying attention what I was doing. The originals had no heat but did have puddles. The new ones have no puddles but do have heat. I have no option in my truck to use heat. The problem is all the mirrors do is adjust up and down. The side to side function does not work. Does anyone know what the problem is? I was going to get new ones with puddles, but they all seem to come with heat and I'm assuming that's the problem?
