Scoping out a 08 Z71..

Searching cars.com I found a 08 Z71 with 62k miles on it. Pretty loaded up with leather, which I have to have, permium sound, dont think it had a sunroof and the 18in wheels. Its a steel blue color and in pretty good shape. They are asking a little under 27k which is toally avg for this area. The dealership is about 50 miles from me so if they have it Ill take a trip down tomorrow for a test drive and get a trade in idea for my 03 Tahoe. Ill get some pics then and let everyone know how it goes.

Well its carmax and they have 'no haggle" pricing which means they never try and deal on the price by even 500 bucks. But we will see what happens, i wouldnt even be able to get down there and drive it till sunday...they are like 60 miles from me and sunday is my only day off.

Randuff..thank but im going to pass on that one...like the other guy did. My salesguy buddy told me they must have hauled dogs in it or something. They already shapooed the interior and it still smells..bad enough the other buyer passed on the deal lol. i didnt want 2nd row buckets..but i could live with it if i had. honestly i would take the 3rd row out and leave it out 99% of the time. of course they prolly want 30k for this thing lol

4dr wranglers? They are a cool truck but they don't even come close to a tahoe/yukon.

Well traded the Hoe..picked up a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited sahara dark cherry red with body color fenders and 3pc hard top..leather and navi...for about 1k bucks more than most dealers want for a 2008-09 used Z71. But my hoe had 87k miles..a 4wd issue that i and my mechanic think was leading to a transfer case issue. Also the trans was hartd shifting at times going uphill. So yeah it needed some money sunk into it. No its not as roomy as the Tahoe..but honestly it rides just as good and is much better off road.
