Rough turning off when parked

'15 XL Denali. Sometimes when I turn off the vehicle it's not very frequent at all but as it's turning off it almost has like a hard chug and then turns off. Not sure how else to describe it.

Mileage? Ever cleaned the throttle bore and/or the MAF? What engine?
