Problems I’ve been having since i installed this alarm unit.

When I start the remote start – the truck tries to start and makes the attempt 4 times (kind of starting then dies). Then the remote start cycle starts again and it starts with the first try.

Has anyone had this problem with their remote start systems?

I used t taps for the installations- i have ensured all the connections are solid/full contact.

I programmed the alarm to learn the tach voltage etc.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

try hooking up a tach wire. its white at pin a5 in a gray 24 pin plug at the gauge cluster.

Ditto what is said before or you will need to set the remote start for timed crank/virtual tach (which I don't recomend)
