Only if you can somehow make the door larger and clear the wheels/tires. Lol.

Passenger door windows only roll half way down, anyway to make them roll all down.

You have a 2002 tahoe, right? Look at the attached image. See how the rear doors are cut to clear the rear tires? There isn't enough room in the door for the rear windows to roll all the way down.

The story behind that is a car manufacturer (not sure which one) designed a car. When testing it they tried to roll down the rear windows and realized the door was too small for the windows to go all the way down. So instead of panicking and redesigning they made a solution and called them "child safety windows".

Ok guys so I understand what you all are saying about how the body will not let the window come down all the way. Here is the funny thing though and I am very jeolous, I saw a tahoe, 03 04 ish, the other day at a store that had his windows down. First thing that I saw that got my attention was that the rear windows were all the way down. When I asked the guy how he did it he responded it came like that. Guys there is a way, Somehow there is a way to do it. This was a TAHOE, Not a burban....

I WANT TO KNOW!!!

Nope just walked out and looked at ours there is no way we have a 2001,2002, and 2008, Tahoe's , plus my work car half the time is a Tahoe and its a 2012 and still no way. Sorry Bubba

No it wasnt new it was about an 04 model. If I ever see it around town again I will stop him and grab a quick pick....

Maybe he did the brick mod but didn't want to tell you the truth that he had no rear windows in fear that you'd follow him home and steal his car...? That's all I can think of.
