Rear seat cable

My Tahoe only has 2 row seating and the cable for folding down the rear seat on the drivers side is broken. I found 2 part numbers, both of which are no longer available (12478303 and 88941497). Anyone know where I can find a replacement?

Revisiting this as I never got to fixing it before. Looking into the individual part numbers from OEMCATS seems to show that the cables are really being procured from other GM dealers, none of which seem to actually have any on hand.

Both back rest cables are broke, but one might be able to be repaired. Has anyone had luck fixing these? I'm wondering if there's a way to fit a small clevis to the end that goes under the seat. The other I may have to source from a salvage yard.
