Good Morning,

This is the first time ive posted to the forum so please bare with me.

I have a 2005 Tahoe LT 5.3L V8 with 160,000 miles and its one heck of a machine.

The only issue I seem to be having with the vehicle is i cannot put gasoline into it. The pump at the station will run for approx. .3 of a gallon before clicking, gurgling, and throwing up about half a gallon of fuel at me. I've already replaced the vehicles vent solenoid behind the spare wheel near the rear end. I have no check engine light and haven't ever had a check engine light. I inspected the vehicles roll over valve on the tank and it operates perfectly, I've reached a dead end and am needing assistance in this issue.

Thank you for your help

You may be in for some work. You may have to drop the tank, after getting as empty as you can, and inspect for any fuel passage restriction. The fuel hose could be collapsed partially inside and look normal from the outside. You need to inspect from point A to point B.
