Passenger side heated seat, top and bottom, stopped working roughly 3 years ago. We were (and currently are) in hot climate so I never made it a priority. We will be likely moving to a cold climate and would like to get this fixed. When turning on, the passenger heated seat light stays on for 1-3 minutes then just turns off. The seat is not getting warm during this time so I am thinking the switch is fine. No Tech2 DTC codes. Is the heating element kaput?

There are a few heated seat problem threads on here if the search works for you. It very well could be the element(s) but also could be a connection problem. I think I have read that a few times in the other threads. Others will chime in about this.

90% of the time it’s the seat bottom heating element that is the issue
