Anyone have a source for painted bumpers? I can't seem to find them anywhere. I am looking for blue. Also looking for a painted grille in blue. Or will I be forced to try to find some in primer and have them painted?

I’d agree that you’ll probably have to paint a new bumper or grille.
The factory unpainted grille (used on Sport, Z71 and Limited) was part number 15981092. It’s now discontinued though the aftermarket ones are readily available.
The difference is how they form the plastic around the bowtie - it’s missing the surround at the top and bottom so the edges of the emblem are visible.
This isn’t my truck, but here’s the aftermarket style used on both chrome and unpainted:

Thanks for the information. When I had my 99 z71 I had the blue grille it was blue along with my bumpers. I am want to kind of recreate that look with this one. It was my favorite old school truck. I am on my 3rd one now. I did find a parts place that has everything I need, but its pull your own part only and since I am handicapped that wont happen. Plus its a little over 2 hours away. I guess I will have to figure something out. I am in no rush but it would be nice to find sources for the parts. Here is a couple of pics of my z71.
