1. Should I spring for the cat back exhaust or do it after market?
2. On the cherry red, do the "tahoe" name plates come in default black?


3. Color..... I go back and forth with the cherry red tint. My plan is to black it out nicely with contrast (wheels, tints, etc....)... that said, I was torn between summit white, and the red. I went with the red bc it looked pretty hot, and I feel like a white tahoe is pretty common. Anyway, it makes it harder right now, because the dealers have basically no inventory to compare in person. Has anyone seen a blacked out cherry red tint z71??? How did she look?

I’m in the same boat. Just ordered a Duramax Denali last week, with Premium and Capability (which is Air Ride + eLSD). Hunter metallic / light shale.

ETA is 6-9 months, let’s see how realistic that is…

I'm pretty certain that the TAHOE badges on the back is blacked out. Very little chrome overall, really but I can't say 100%. I've got a Dark Ash on order and want it blacked out too.

When I was looking earlier last summer, I found a Colorado in Cherry Red with black rims. Looked really sharp. Definitely better than white in my opinion.

Well, ( speaking of black wheels)... My buddy I work for is WAITING for better BMW inventory ( X7).. I have almost convinced him not to sell his Tahoe but allow me to use it as a 'work truck'...
The black wheels really sets off the Tahoe nice !!
I have a 2005 Yukon, so his Tahoe is "new to me".. ( I hope)

So, I am waiting for his used truck while he is WAITING for a new BMW.....
This inventory problem goes both ways!!

White is much more common. I live in a pretty small town and I see probably around 20 or so new tahoe/sub/yukon/escalades running around and I would guesstimate that half of them are white. That red color is real sharp and definitely stands out from the crowd

What did you do to your 21+ T1XX today?

After testing a bunch of different bulbs from Amazon, I finally found the ones (turn signal & backup bulbs) that don't give me an error code. Now, I still haven't found bulbs for tail/brake that don't give an error code. Has anyone found LED tail/brake bulbs with no error code? Here's the links...

We got the 6.2 Premier, red with black SGM wheels. The dealer pulled the chrome letters off and attached black ones and chipped the paint. I didn't watch but I think that's what happened. We got quad exhaust that I wish was closer to my Camaro sound but we don't want it that loud. More color is needed on the highway. Cherry red on '22 is way nicer than crimson red on our '16 Yukon. Any white vehicle is a target for door dings. The red will surprise you the first time you see it.
