I ordered my 2021 Yukon Denali diesel on 7/3/21. It was built on 8/4/21 and has been “ in storage” since until 12/5 when it was taken back to the factory in Arlington, TX. I’m hoping it is getting whatever was missing and I’ll get it soon. I check the website everyday. got it for MSRP and I reminded the dealer this week that I do not want any add on items. It’s been a long wait. Does anyone know how long it stays back at the factory? Good luck on yours.

If mine goes to the pasture for more than a couple of weeks, it's getting cancelled.

Ordered a 2022 LT Tahoe with luxury package sunroof 4 wheel drive. Order was a dealer allotment that was placed on 9/7/21 produced 10/6/21 shipped to rail on 10/9/21 arrived in Lafayette, IN 10/26 where it has sat awaiting carrier delivery to Indianapolis, IN 2 hours away. No one can give me answers of why the carrier not delivering. Hoping to get before Christmas but becoming highly unlikely.

Followed up with my dealership and they confirmed that my truck is on a train headed here , and they are expecting it to arrive by 12/21.


Not necessarily. They are running that plant at full capacity these days, and mine went from 1100 to scheduled in a month or so.

2022 Yukon XL SLT 4wd. Satin Steel, 5.3L, SLT Prem Pkg, Max Tow Pkg, Black interior with second row bench.

Ordered with dealership - 10/18
Accepted within a couple weeks
Assigned TPW of 11/29 - Mid Nov
Car was confirmed built and on the train - 12/3
Current expected delivery date - 12/21

Latest update.

My truck is at the train yard here in Atlanta. Was due at the dealership on 12/21. Unloading has been delayed. New est delivery date - 12/26
