Hello Everyone,

In your opinion, how much of a lift do you need to make metal bumper replacements look like they are a good fit? I know this is subjective, but I figured I would ask.

I have a 2010 Tahoe Z71 (4WD) and am planning the following:

Rancho 4" Suspension Lift
FabFour Front Bumper
FabFour Rear Bumper
20x9 Fuel Off-Road Wheels
Tire Size is still undetermined

My real question is if a 4" lift will make the metal bumpers look good, or is a 6" lift the way to go if I am going with metal bumper replacements.

Also, if any of you have any pics, that would be great!

Thanks in advance.

Go big or go home! 4" will justify the bumpers, 6" you can put even bigger meat on it to make the whole truck look better.

i think that the 4" lift would look perfect. a 6" lift to me has always looked too high. if you do a 4" with those bumpers and squeeze in some big tires it would look great. like some 35s or some 325/60/20. and if its not enough you could always use spacers you know?
