Anyone think there will be any August offers or incentives on 2023 models?

Anyone think there will be any August offers or incentives on 2023 models?

I'm not sure about GMC incentives, however it appears as if there are dealers that are now advertising dealer discounts off MSRP for some models:

I think we'll start seeing GM incentives in the 2024 calendar year if production (as well as the competition's production) continues to increase.

I think GM increased its production for the Tahoe/Yukon/Surburban between 10-25% from 2023 Q1 to 2023 Q2 depending on the model:

But perhaps the biggest winner was Ford taking advantage of GM not increasing production fast enough. The Expedition registered over a 50% increase in sales from 2023 Q1 to 2023 Q2:

Unless some crazy world event happens, I'm confident the full size SUV market is going to be oversupplied by the end of 2024.

If there is a strike against GM, there will not be any incentives.

I was able to secure supplier discount but had to call about 15 dealers to find one that would accept it

Placed the deposit on our Suburban order today, I got a fleet discount or whatever it’s called and it knocked a decent chunk off. I had to get a code from work for the salesman to apply.

Does anyone know when the offers and incentives are announced? Are they always released on the 1st of the month if there will be any?

Issue is finding a dealer that is willing to sell an "eligible" vehicle at supplier. Even though the demand has eased some, still don't see GM lots full of Tahoes/Yukons like they are filled with trucks right now.

There seem to be more and more people finding dealers willing to accept it, but I'd guess those are still the minority.

It is definitely tough, but the Yukon and Tahoe are a lot easier than the Escalade at least. For my wife’s Tahoe, the second dealer I visited was willing to accept it on her order. For my Yukon, the first dealer I tried locally accepted the supplier discount on my order. The Escalade was much harder. I am in south Florida and ended up having to order from a dealer in Indianapolis to secure supplier pricing. My Yukon allocation has been accepted though so I’ll be cancelling the Escalade order. I should add no one would really accept it on vehicles on the lot, only orders.
