Oem GPS antenna adapter for aftermarket stereo

I have a 2007 ltz Tahoe with Bose/ nav installed. I pulled out the oem system and added a pioneer AVH-w4500nex and was hoping to use my factory gps antenna. Does anyone know where I can buy the right adapter for this? I know its been done just can’t seem to find the correct adapter. Any help will be greatly appreciated
