No radio or HVAC lights?

Hi Guy's,

I just picked up a 96 Yukon and the gauges light up, but the hvac and radio doesnt? I checked the fuses and they look ok. Does anyone have any ideas?

with the lights on smack the dash as hard as you can.lol it usually works.
