No Air conditioning

1999 yukon 1500 SLT
No AC! Clutch does not engage at all. I tested for 12vdc at the black and green wires (connector just behind compressor pulley)...nothing! I also pulled the connector on the back side of the compressor and ran a jumper across those wires (low pressure sensor I think), still nothing. Did the same with the connector near the high side access. Checked both fuse boxes, all fuses were good.

Any diagnostic tips? I don't own any gauges but being that I jumpered across the low side sensor and the clutch still didn't turn, I'm guessing that it's not a low charge issue.

Check the pressure anyways ...

Do you have a test light? Put light in and jump and see if its getting power. If no light a led will work aswell that would show it its compressor or power issue
