Nitto CrossTek Tires ?

Any opinions on the Nitto Crosstek tires? They look great!

I think they look stupid with an aggressive side wall but a normal street tread. Are you looking for an all terrain or a street tire? Get one or the other IMO

They are "the replacements" to the Terra Grappler, so I've been told. Anyway, I am not a fan of the lighting bolts on the side of the Terra Grappler. (Speaking of stupid) Plus the tread is very close to Terra. I think the key for Nitto is the better gas mileage they give. When your looking at $5 a gallon gas in the near future. Between the Terra and CrossTeK I think the CrossTek is the winner.

If they are replacements for the Terra Grappler, Nitto is making a HUGE mistake. Those CrossTek's tread patterns suck compared to the Terra Grappler and they will loose a huge amount of business.

When you stand Terra and CrossTek side by side theres not that much difference in tread pattern. Check it out. I did and I am going with the CrossTek's

IMO....there's considerable difference there. I have no input on how good the Crossteks are, though

they are great on pavement but awful on snow, but down here in florida we don't have to worry about that too often. haha

I would buy the Toyo ATs before I paid for those CrossTeks and yes I have owned the Toyo ATs and the they suck compared to the TGs!

New trail grapplers or toyo open country look the best IMO terra>crosstek IMO
