They look good on rcsb trucks , not so much on bigger trucks or suvs . I might give the obs mirrors a try again or maybe some 2015+ mirrors. I really do hate how rounded and tall ours are.

I’m not even sure I like them. I have another set of these lenses I’ll swap to chrome housings and see how those look. But kinda cool with the led bulbs and to see the passenger side with the led blockView attachment 278231 View attachment 278230

Look forward to some new wheels. Not a fan of the moons, but hey something will develop. Pre runner desert runner look is a YES. So many sick rides in the desert and concrete jungle - From 4x4s to the pavement pounders. Can't go wrong either way.

The LED game is getting on point and the little touches already bringing out the Dave OCD game. Nice work.

For a Tahoe/yukon/cc they look good. Single cab they look huge.

I have to say I’m not a fan of those lenses.

They’re an acquired taste that’s for sure. People either hate them or love them.

One of these days I’ll head over his way . Lots of cool stuff to check out over there. I’m currently in Tucson looking for a house in Phoenix. Prerunner is cool but a lot of work and this thing is so clean I’d hate to cut it up and change stuff. It’s rediculous how clean and original this thing is. Not to mention rare, unlike the Tahoe which wasn’t.

Speaking of lenses. Bought these with intention of removing the lens and putting the other set of clear lenses on them. That way I have an OG style. But for now I’ll run these like this just to see how they look. They’re clean but I prefer the original 03+ tails on this particular color. The candy 99-02 tails look best on white/silver/black trucks.

Everyone recommended mt lemmon for a nice cool off. I’m actually in Green Valley that’s about 20 minutes south of Tucson. The #1 retirement town in the United States. So many old people here, like @Rocket Man and @Tonyrodz old. Makes me feel younger everyday lol.

So I added another parking light to the tails. Basically did the same on the Tahoe when it had halogen reflector style tails. Same parts needed as the front with extra signals, just another pair of 3157 sockets and gold resistors to stop hyper flash since I put in another set of jdmastar red led bulbs including the jdmastar bulbs on the top spot too for parking/brake light. So when the parking lights are on the top and bottom light up, then the functions for the top as brake and the functions for the spot below for signal all still work the same. The leds make a huge difference bright with a deeper red color to them.

so if I ever have a taillight out I’ll have 3 more left lol
