Need help with suspension

Can anyone tell me what this part is called?

I've been going under the truck and replacing whatever looks the worst under there, to eventually replace everything. But with my limited knowledge I'm taking it slow.

The thing I've circled looks like shit, looks the same on both sides. Pictured is the passenger side.

Yes those are for 3/4 ton. That is what I have as well. They are from the Z71 2500HD trucks. You will probably notice the front is a little higher after installing these because the 2500 trucks ride on the bump stops and they aren't smashed like your stock ones.

Yeah mine are smashed to shit right now. I'll take some pics after I install. Hopefully the front comes up a little bit!
