Does it have catalysts on it? I remember talking to a GM factory worker at an auto show in the 90's and she said that export suburbans were made on the same line, just without any emissions components.

That's a sweet find. I was planning on having a friend find me something in Florida before I found something local. I was in the KSA during desert storm. Saw a bunch of sweet rides just sitting in compounds. I wanted one of Sadams little Russian jeeps bad.
