Liftgate opens but wont close with hands free

I have a new Yukon AT4 and the liftgate opens fine with hands free “kick” method, as it should. But, when I “kick” my foot to close…Nothing. Is there a setting I need to set?

Look in the infotainment menu. It's turned off. Mine was same way.
