Leveling Kit or Body Lift?

Not a z71...275/18'' XD Series wheels with Mickey Thompson mtz's

edit: I plan on installing a Go Rhino push bar at some point, will it look silly if I get a 3'' body lift or is there some way to raise it with the body? sorry for all the newb questions

If its like regular push bar/ bull bar its going to look funny and stick way down because it mounts to the bottom of the frame, which stays the same but your body will raise up 3" higher.... so in turn you will have a hella gap between the bar and the bottom of your front bumper valance, which imho the bull bars on our body style look funny anyways, because the bracket and the the way in mounts come from underneath the valance.... just my opinion!

I wasn't sure if there was a way to move it up with the body... I decided to do 2.5'' keys & 1'' spacers in the rear for now just so the wheels would fit.
