May want to avoid Crown suspension. I don't have any personal experience with them or their products, but haven't heard good things. I saw the same install article you're referencing and it didn't say anything about actual lift heights or ride quality.

Do you have any rubbing with 33/12.5/17 with a offset off -12
I have a leveling kit front 2.5 and rear 1.5 and i am looking for tires
And i have rims that are 17x9 -12 offset
