Regarding LEDs, like anything else, you get what you pay for, AT BEST. Lots of cheap junk out there. For headlights, be sure to get LEDs with adjustable collars built into them, so that you can obtain the proper light pattern. The ones below in my Signature are not cheap, but they come with a lifetime warranty.
Regarding wheel spacers, installing them is a deviation from the design elements of the truck's suspension and handling. For example, the wheel base width for the truck's rear axle is designed to be slightly narrower than the wheel base width for the truck's front axle, to improve the truck's stability/handling. But, unless you are going with very wide wheel spacers, I don't think that you'll feel a noticeable difference. But, other folks who use wheel spacers will chime in with their experiences. You definitely would want hub-centric wheel spacers.
