Hey guys? Wassssuuuppp? Long time no see. Lately my truck is being used as a work truck and towing my Sc S2000 around

had plenty of track days in the S2 but today, cold, end of the season, I decided to try the hoe out and even made some videos. You guys think the sliding HUD is laughs, everything on the back including booster seats, snow brooms, dvds.....all tossed

Awesome!

What was your cone count on that run?

My Brother-in-Law is heavily involved in the local SCCA group. We ran our ‘04 Grand Marquis once for a T&T day. I asked about our 2007 Yukon XL Denali and they said not a chance.

Hook & Loop fastener
and why not just keep it in like 2nd gear?
1st time doing A auto x in something that big. I was more concentrated on not flipping it

Surprised tech would let you run with all that loose stuff in it.

I auto x my mustang and they make me remove all loose items from it

Agreed.

No floor mats, nothing on back seat, etc. Local SCCA tech says absolutely no way they’d let an SUV run due to tip over hazard.

wonder if the courses are just tight?
or if an iowa thing. lol (or if its running on stock suspension.... that i can see would be a hard , no)

ive seen some run here. maybe its b/c they were lowered w/ other suspension mods.

once i do a few more tweaks, i hope to get mine in an event or two

That’s pretty cool. I tried racing school back in the early 80’s with a 510, 240, and a GTI. I could never get the heel/toe down because my feet were to big, plus my balls weren’t big enough for some of the speeds going in to the turns. I did learn a hell of a lot and it’s kept me out of a lot of accidents through the years. I also got to do the Richard Petty Driving Experience for my 50th Birthday. That was a lot of fun, but I prefer the twisty turning roads. Have you ever run out at Summit Point?
