I have a 2004 GMC Yukon that my wife drives, when you set the blower control to 4 or 5 it has one more hell of a vibration.....what is it?

So, I need a new blower motor? Do I get one from the dealer, how hard to install and how much are they? If you have a PN that would be awesome!
