I need to replace windshield on my ‘22 High Country with HUD. Best to go OEM or are there good aftermarket brands for cars with HUD these days?

Not sure who provides the OE glass, but I do know that Pilkington is a pretty good option that many OE's used. Check to see if the manufacturer is listed in the lower drivers side corner of your OE glass or if there is a Logo that you can recognize.

I would go with OEM glass for your replacement.

Pilkington makes OEM glass for the US market - and made the original HUD windshield for the 1999 Corvette that I purchased new (then made in Kentucky).

Aftermarket glass (various manufacturers) do not always meet the OEM specifications for windshields.

We have windshields from the Chinese company FYG. Our people install these glasses, they are exactly like the original ones.
