How to install a head unit?

Would i be able to easily instal this and how? and what else would i need with it to get its maximum performance?

mounting kit wiring harness and ant adaptor and you will have a easy install if you have bose factory you might need to get a special harness to make it work

i jus put a kenwood cd player in my tahoe, i ordered it from crutchfield.com...theyre the best, good prices, and if the cd player is over $129, they give you EVERYTHING you need to install it...IE ..wiring harness...mounting bracket...antenna adapter, and other brackets just in case you need them, it all adds up to about $50 savings in parts...smokin deal IMO...and all parts are specific for your exact year and model tahoe

I only use crutchfield for specs if I need, but
hey, if u got da money to spend, crutch is deffinitly
reliable & have customer service.
