Installed hids. Should I install a relay harness?

I did... with built in capacitors

the retrofit source makes a couple options. I went with this one:

Yea should do harness and capacitors. I believe on the newer system it's bursts of light so the capacitor is needed so it stays on and not fry out due to the bursts
