Headlight and Grill Gap

Alrighty guys so I took out my headlights to re-seal them and I put them back in and reinstalled the bumper and grill. Now I’m having the gap between both headlights and the grill. I’ve tried loosening the headlights and moving them around but they seem to only fit one way. I’ve taken some pics to show my problem and yes I understand the ends of the fenders aren’t connected in the photo and it’s because when I did reconnect it I still have my gap and it’s a pain to get the fenders unclipped again.

So what’s your guys input? I’ve tried loosening up the headlights and re -adjusting them but they seem to really fit only one way.

That's interesting - can the grille be adjusted to line up (instead of adjusting the headlights? And the bumper is fully clipped in the front?

I've had this issue on other vehicles, and it was usually the bumper not sitting on the crash bar/foam correctly
