Tires had less than 5000 miles on them with no visible wear. I just mounted them on my 2014 tundra and they are ridiculous. As in lifted up mudder tire ridiculous. I put new toyos on the hoe. I guess what bothers me the most is Nittos attitude that there is nothing wrong with the their tires. The first tire I had replaced with knots coming out of the sidewall is still sitting in my local tire store. My dealer said they sent it back stating there were no defects found. Kinda strange how it is hit and miss.

Any tireare known for this. You need to rotate them quite often or they get a chop on the outside of the tread.

They are a great tire, aside from the chop issue.

Rotate, Rotate, Rotate. I like to do it around 5k-6k. Also do the oil too.
