Are USA gmc and Canadian gmc vehicles the same thing? I’m having hard time with some features.

no, they are not, there are differences, not only in the settings, but also in the additions. What problem are you having? Are USA gmc and Canadian gmc vehicles the same thing? I’m having hard time with some features.
Any vehicle going to a communist country is first set to Langley where the CIA installs cameras and listening devices to gather data. What are the differences?
Engine block heater does come standard with the diesel in Canada but I’ve never used it. I’m on the US version of the GM website and the block heater is standard too? I’m not sure about any additional frame treatments you’re speaking of, I’ve never heard of this and a dealer has never made reference to it, but they’re useless anyway. If you live in an salt area, you should get additional rust proofing done. Now I'll tell you funny things, but there are really differences between cars for the USA, for Canada and for the UAE. And at the level of technological processes.
In a car from Canada, there are really metric units right away and the transition between them can be made in the car menu, as well as the frequencies of radio stations do not require flashing. They have been installed.
Plus, the car for Canada has a different warm-up of the car in remote start mode. There are more revolutions, as a result, a car at an outside temperature of -30C warms up faster than a car from the USA or the UAE.
Next, the car for Canada has an additional frame treatment for more resistance with reagents and salts than the car from the USA. It seems to be an additional layer of some viscous composition.

And I also heard, but I don't have a diesel. It seems that in a Canadian car with a diesel engine, in the basic configuration, this is an engine heater, which in the Car for the USA is only as an option.
In general, despite the fact that they are all produced at the same plant, it seems as if they are assembled in different shifts. About cars for the UAE, in general, I am silent, there the protective material on the frame is removed with a finger, there is no thermal insulation, not everyone has heated seats and mirrors.
Moreover, I saw Tahoe with a 9 seater saaloon. She had three seats on three rows of seats. All the seats were made of rags. There were no seat heaters, and no climate system. I'm sure you haven't even seen one in the configuration))
As someone who worked got GM Truck for 30 years there is not any difference in the frame coatings. All these frames are the same and come in by rail car to the start of the assembly line. If something indeed was different it would have to have an RPO in the build sheetNow I'll tell you funny things, but there are really differences between cars for the USA, for Canada and for the UAE. Outwardly they look the same, but there are some features that the U.S. version doesn’t have that the Canadian version does. Are USA gmc and Canadian gmc vehicles the same thing? I’m having hard time with some features.
I haven't worked at GM Trucks for 30 years, but we compared cars side by side. And the Canadian ones have a 100% different frame coating. I do not know where it was applied or how, but it is 100% different. Maybe it was already applied by a dealer in Canada, I don't know either. As someone who worked got GM Truck for 30 years there is not any difference in the frame coatings. I just don't need any additional processing. My frame is treated very well, and in 3 years in Russia with its winters and already 110 thousand miles, the frame is in excellent condition. But cars from the UAE, where the frame coating is erased, require frame treatment.Engine block heater does come standard with the diesel in Canada but I’ve never used it. At any rate, none of these are real differences, and what you’re highlighting is really how these trucks are spec’d regionally within the North American market, if they even are. These trucks are all the same and you should always verify the options via the original window sticker.
I can assure you these frames rust but, mileage aside, 3 years isn’t a significant amount of time. Report back in another 3 years . Now, having said that, do you use salt in Russia? In Canada/US the coldest places use sand because salt is ineffective at temps below somewhere around -10C to -12C. While sand is brutal for road rash, you will get less corrosion.I just don't need any additional processing. I know that the frames on these machines rust, and on the 900 and K2 generations it was a big problem, because in 2-3 years rust destroyed the VIN on the frame. That's why we always preserve this VIN. There is no such problem on the T1 generation, the frame on my Yukon is very well crafted for the Canadian market.I can assure you these frames rust but, mileage aside, 3 years isn’t a significant amount of time. As for the UAE - you’re right by salt water 24/7. With winds off the gulf, I could see rust being a thing there especially if you’re close to the ocean.
I have this decal on my 2005 Yukon XL door edge……. “Crafted in Wisconsin”.All GM Large SUV's are built in Arlington TX as of right now, that includes the Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade. The only difference may be that the default settings are Metric as in speedometer and mileage. What features are you having a hard time with?
Yes back in that time frame we were still using Janesville assembly plant until it closed around 2008, then all large SUV production moved into Arlington,I have this decal on my 2005 Yukon XL door edge……. “Crafted in Wisconsin”.
Well then, I give kudos to the Janesville crew…… They did an excellent job!Yes back in that time frame we were still using Janesville assembly plant until it closed around 2008, then all large SUV production moved into Arlington,
