In most cases regarding your p0446 Evap code when the system performs it's self tests it has detected a large leak within the Evap system. Long story short it closed the purge valve (engine side) and vent solenoid (fuel tank side) and monitored the vacuum. It didn't hold enough vacuum long enough and now it's sayin "hey we've got a problem!". In most cases it's the vent valve solenoid seized. In other cases it's the hoses to the vent valve which a rodent chewed through or it rubbed a hole. Or in a more uncommon scenario it's the gas cap itself.
Without access to a higher end scan tool, I would inspect the hoses/lines to the vent valve solenoid. If nothing appears damaged unhook the vent valve solenoid gently and blow through it. If you can't blow through it or it's hard to, smack it on a work bench and try to blow through it again. If you can blow through it now then the solenoid was sticking and needs to be replaced.
As far as specs for the fuel tank pressure sensor this is all I got for ya... step 3
